Billing questions

Before you subscribe

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Solo, Professional and Enterprise, monthly or yearly, all start with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial runs through Google Play or the App Store: you are only charged when the 14 days are up, and if you cancel in the store before then, you pay nothing. On the App Store the trial is offered once across all SIAPP plans, not once per plan.
Why does the price look different from what a colleague sees?
Local prices differ from country to country. The figures on this page are the ones set for United States, so they match what the app will charge you — and a colleague abroad will see their own, which is not a conversion of yours.
How do I actually subscribe?
Inside the app, under Settings → Subscription. Payment runs through the app store you installed SIAPP from, using the payment method already on that account. There is no separate checkout on this website.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Yes, from the Subscription screen in the app or from your app store’s subscription settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with the remainder of your current period credited; cancellations leave the paid features running until the period you have paid for ends.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Projects, photos and reports stay where they are — you simply cannot create beyond the free limits until you upgrade again, and you can still export everything.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is between 23% and 30% cheaper depending on the plan — the exact saving is worked out from the two live store prices and shown on the toggle above.
Do you offer team or volume pricing?
Professional already includes up to 3 team members and Enterprise unlimited team members, all on one subscription. Team members get the plan’s features in the projects they are invited to, without paying for their own. For anything beyond that — procurement, invoicing, a signed DPA — email support@siapp.cc and we will sort it out directly.
